The stock in the store is horribly low for anything other than prescriptions. I've been trying to transfer to another drugstore chain and Rite Aid keeps refilling the prescription including one that was recently transferred.

The girls in the pharmacy are RUDE for no reason. I too am in the medical field and there is NO reason to be mean, JUST to be mean. Speak clearly and show some respect. Both over the phone and to your customers in store. Your attitude was awful. If you're miserable with your job, find a new one. Don't take it out on your customers.

I'm originally from Kentucky. I've always loved Williamsburg Va. which my sister lives here and talked me into leaving my job at 10 years and trying something new. I've been some what happy for this move. First of all this Rite Aide in Town Center has to be the worst. We always had problems and YES I said WE. My family has went to Rite aid for years, and now they are alike me. Just aggravated and tired of the waiting. We are going to switch to CVS. Anything HAS to be better than Rite aid. Wouldn't of matter to me on the slides of they told me we are switched. Terrible service, DEFINITELY Terrible communication with the pharmacy help. They are rude and could care less at what you are asking. I pray CVS will step up to the plate and do a much better job. Anyone has to be better than Rite Aide.

Our Core Values
We're a purpose-driven organization known for living our values. From the front-end and pharmacy to the distribution centers and corporate offices, our values guide the way we serve our customers, our communities, and each other.
Today, I was informed by my wife that my son who is special needs was laughed at while he was picking up my wife's medication. The pharmacist had indicated that her staff was laughing at the technical issues the EMR was facing at their branch. I am objective enough to know that a technical issue may require a moral boost to laugh. Yet, how is laughing at a technical issue portraying a professional appearance facing the public? How is laughing at a technical issue encouraging a culture to support Diversity Equity and Inclusion to those in the general public with special needs? Since the aforementioned is public information conveying Rite Aid's DEI policies, I truly think ALL OF THE STAFF needs to be reminded of this policy... from the corporate office.

The worse experience I had. I went to get my prescription , ok I understood they were out. I asked the pharmacy tech. Could he call another location to see if they had it. His response was I’m about to get off, and the accused me of being rude. This young man had a very nasty attitude I’ve experienced his attitude before. But enough is enough. The pharmacist who was standing close by heard the exchange did absolutely nothing. The young man then said to me, that she being the pharmacist would call another location and asked me to set down. The young man lied , he did not leave like he said. he waited on another customer. The pharmacist did not call but rather gave me a peace of paper. With what locations had the medicine I had to call and get my pre prescription filled in Carrollton, VA. The store is depressing looking as though they are about to close. I will not use them again. I been using them for years. No more.

I had a prescription sent by my doctor on 18 August. The pharmacy sent me an email stating they needed a prior authorization so I reached out to my insurance and was told the authorization had already been given. I reached out to the pharmacy and was told that the medication was on backlog. The pharmacist gave no indication they were trying to get the medication in stock. Then the pharmacist proceeded to tell me it will cost me 75.00. I am aware how much the medication costs. Then the pharmacist tells me to call another pharmacy to get the medication. I don’t understand having to search other places for my medication. I thought the pharmacy would get it for me. I am a diabetic I was just trying to get the medication prescribed for me. The pharmacy has yet to reach to me. I still do not have the medication. Lack of help was surprising.
