The owner seems nice. He has a very large quantity of books in his selection, but the shop is somewhat small and is crowded with books. It is a little challenging to walk through when there are several customers in the store at the same time. It's a fun place to browse if you have the time!

I adore antique shops so I had to stop in while I was visiting from out of town. Not a lot of merchandise but this is a fairly small store and doesn't seem to be a consignment store.I saw a couple of items I was interested in so I asked about "best price", a common practice in a non-consignment facility, but the reply was "only on items over $50" rather than the usual, "what are you looking at?" After that exchange the cashier wasn't really interested in speaking with me so I looked around a little more and left. Individual price points were varied, some over priced some under priced. You need to know your valuations. This store is worth a look, but I wouldn't make a special trip to Hampton for it.

Unfortunately we did nit get a chance to go here. We went to visit the Virginia Air and Space Center on Tuesday but they were closed so we thought maybe we'd do so shopping but Robert's atiques was closed as well. I do not if this is a regular occurrence or if it was just the time of year.

If you're into vintage and nostalgia, Robert's is a great place to look around. And if you happen to see something you like, they are willing to offer a good price.

Possibly the most interesting antique store I have been in, with friendly owners. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back when we are back in town.

This was one of my favorite antique stores in the area. Plenty of parking on the street out front or in one of the nearby lots. They have jewelry, home goods, clothing, books, etc. It's pretty big and well-kept and clean inside. Easy to move around and look at everything with more items in a secondary back room.

This shop is in a building that was built in 1874 and was originally the Kaiser Meat Market. This isn't a huge antique store but I really enjoyed looking at everything they had and we even bought a couple of things. The main aisles were wide and clutter free. I also found the booths to be clutter free. The people working inside were very welcoming. You can find furniture, collectibles, vintage jewelry, gold and silver, glassware, art, ceramics, vintage clothes, books/magazines, toys, china, lighting, linen, and kitchenware.
