I ordered the cold cut 6” toasted with provolone & mozzarella cheese. It was not toasted, cold unmelted piece of cheese. I asked for little lettuce, tomato, cucumberfew onions, mayo. The sub was a mess trying to eat it. Nothing was neatly done!!!!This use to be my place to get my subs all the time but no more!!My granddaughter ordered the teriyaki chicken and even with it only having 4pcs of chicken, it had a lot of bread and was really soppily made.

Manager MichakelJust refused to serve me and my daughter out food after our sandwich was made due to us wanting fresh tomatoes.She emphasized she was the manger and she was here for 10 years and she kicked me and my child out for asking for fresh tomorrow she argued with us over the counter stating we were rude and had no right to ask for fresh tomatoes.

I want to personally shout out Tashia!!She went and beyond!!I wanted firm tomatoes because all the ones on display were soaky and honestly not fit for a sub. I was told by two other young ladies it would be hours before I could get fresh firm tomatoes and that is all my options were.I stepped to the back and asked Tashia and she was more than willing to get my some nice firm tomatoes for my sandwich.This is a example of GREAR customer service. The workers that were there were very nice but seemed like they had no clue what they were doing. Made 2 of our 4 sandwiches wrong. One of our cookies was wrong. They kept getting distracted by everything.

The manager at the store needs to take a class in customer service (Makayla).Also she needs to be trained in professionalism with her co-workers and customers. Service is great as long as you have someone else servicing you. The atmosphere is bad because of the energy she brings to work.
