My hair was cut way to short. I wanted a half inch left on top but it is more like one eighth of an inch. . The lady trimmed my eyebrows without asking and they are the same length as my hair. Almost non existent. I'm not happy at all.

Made a reservation for 12:30 on Sunday for my son's haircut. We show up at 12:20 to wait and I'm told that I have 4 people in front of me. I tell the lady that we actually made an appointment for 12:30, she looks and sees the appointment then tells me I have to wait for the people who walked-in with no appointments. She was really nice about it but there was zero explanation.
What is the point of making an appointment then? Am I taking crazy pills? Why don't they just say we no longer take appointments?
