When it was tysinger it was awesome customer service and service manager. I been taking my car since I purchased it in 2021. Now since it changed and many personnel changes it's not been so good. I one more appointment there, after that changing where I get my Vehicle service.

After I traded my Hyundai in I requested a refund for my warranty from Hyundai of Hampton auto mall. I filled the paperwork they required of me with Demitrous(my original financial person with Hyundai) in the mercades building and he told me to wait 6-8 weeks. I called him midway through the process to confirm that everything was good with the refund and he told me that everything was good and I just had to wait til the 8 week mark. When 8 weeks were up and I had no check mailed to me and I called and I came in and was told by the Audi financial group in the trailer that my warranty refund was never filed because they “lost” it or “forgot” to file it. Thankfully the financial people in the Audi trailer helped me a lot especially Paige because she actually went looking for the paperwork for me but couldn’t find it. I had to go to the place to fill out another form. They had my check expedited and they told me it would only be 2-3 weeks. And as you guessed it the 3 weeks were up and still no check. I went in to the auto mall AGAIN and then they gave me a email to send a message about my check. Then about a week later I finally received it after I emailed them and told them the situation. I started this in early May 2024 and it just ended the beginning of August. This whole process was awful and I felt like I was lied to a lot during this whole process. I’m a kind and patient person but if I never kept bugging them and eating my time I probably wouldn’t have gotten my refund check because of either their incompetence(losing my paperwork with my personal information on it) or lack of caring for the customers (forgetting to file my papers). Thanks to the Audi group and the people I emailed. You guys actually helped me. So
Something that should have only took 7-8 weeks took 16 weeks and wasted a lot of my time. I really really hope that my personal information isn’t just laying about in someone’s office or in a dumpster ready for someone to grab it. That’s inexcusable and I would not recommend giving your business to this auto mall.

I had to wait 2 weeks to get my oil changed because of their schedule. I asked why the wait, the answer I got was
" Because there are other hyundaies on the road." For an oil change and car wash, it took over 3 hours. I had to re wash my car when I got home because it still looked horrible.
This is not the first time I had issues with service
When it was tysinger, there were no issues.
I got a reminder text only 55 minutes to my appointment, not the day before or a week before but 55 minutes.
Do better.

This place under new owners and management, Ask around before making a decision on purchasing a used or new vehicle. I personally would not advise anyone who knows me to purchase a vehicle from this place

This is literally the worst place for your car to get serviced at , I waited a month for my appointment, and they have now had my car for almost a month just to fix a damn window. The lack of communication from the adviser appointed is sickening , I keep getting different answers when I reach out. Also if I don’t reach out I don’t get any update what’s so ever.
