I went to the UPS store in Town Center , Hampton, Va on yesterday Wednesday 2/26/2024. And I had the worst service I have ever had at that store . There was one girl that was working that was rude and nasty and refuse to accept my package’ I mean she was just down right nasty and the Customer service was dirt poor., she told me whether she accepted the package or not she was still going to be paid ! want be returning to the UPS on TownCenter again

This location easily has the worst customer service, hate going here but will have to continue because it’s close. No customer service here. & it’s always the same 3 people.

Stick to USPS or FedEx.
I sent a package 2nd day air, $95. It sat in the store for a day before being shipped ground. Since it was going to arrive 3 days late I had them return it to me, for which UPS charged me another $50 without asking. I tried filling a claim and was told that since the package was returned to me, I couldn't file a claim. Now I'm fighting with my credit card company to try and get the $ back.

I dropped of my cell phone (trade in) for it to be shipped to verizon and that went smooth. Got the label and took about 5 minutes. A day and a half later and tracking says the package hasn't been picked up yet. Makes no sense. Even better is that I have called numerous times and no one answers. Contacting an actual person with UPS customer service is akin to to having a politician tell the truth - IMPOSSIBLE. Why do we even spend our money with these folks? Reckon I should have gone to office depot..

Rude customer service. Ignored me the whole transaction - instead was chatting with co-worker and other customer entire time.

Always am served with friendly employees, but today the young lady assisting me was very helpful, patient, kind and respectful. I’ve gone to this store many times and it’s always a positive experience.

Always something wrong there.. this machine down etc.. staff definitely unfriendly borderline disrespectful... They need a customer service refresher or something, needs more professionalism.

Tried to return an item from Amazon at this location and was told the return label needed to be printers out. They would do it for me for a mere $3.39. That is absolutely ridiculous. Considering a 500 ct of printer paper runs $3-$6. At this rate this location is attempt to sell $5 for $1695. I under stand making a a profit, but really?? Not impressed.

The worst employee ever. It was a black guy who was very rude and disrespectful because we were foreigns. He kept taking customers ahead of us. And charged us extra for the wrong copies the he kept printing. I will never deal with the ups store no more, so racist and disrespectful
