This location is almost always busy, and there is usually a long line when it is the busy times. Be ready from anywhere from a 10 minute wait to 30+ minutes.
Be aware that there are inconsiderate people who will take over the self serve kiosk with a cart load of items and act like they are the only one that matters. When they are confronted, they are challenging you and standing their ground refusing to move. They do not respect others and are the first to cry unfair treatment. The newer staff does not seem to care either. They are overwhelmed with the line size. So there is no help from the store to fix a problem they have on their premises.
I use to like going to this location, but after encountering the same person being rude to others acting like she is the only one there and after seeing how she point blank told another customer no she would not move, I'm going to have to find another location to go to.
Customers at a business are a heavy influence besides the business itself. If the employees will not gain control of the situation, how can you trust they won't let people steal your packages at the kiosk? What is to stop someone from going behind the counter and getting stuff. If they will not address this issue and maintain order in their location, why take a chance?
I'm giving it 2 stars because I use to like coming to this location and most of the staff are nice and helpful. The facility is clean as well.

There is a lady in the shipping area usp who has bad customer service. She treated me with a very bad attitude because I don't speak English. It was in bad taste to go there. I was very embarrassed. I didn't recognize her. She gave me a bad vibe and spoke poorly. I looked for a translator and spoke very poorly to her on my cell phone.

Gina was an absolute rock star! I didn’t know there was a 2pm cut off on the notary and while I was looking for an alternate location she popped out and got me squared away and probably saved me an hour of trying to find an alternative while being in from out of town.

PS Everyone there was smiling and so nice to everyone. When’s the last time you saw that walking into a place? Take it from a former GM and now consultant… So rare! High Five!

I sadly have had multiple times recently that they close early on Sat which seems to be a re-occurring event. Holiday weekends aside change your hours on the website if you plan to consistently close early..

Store says opens at 0800 on Saturdays, but in reality workers aren't present and ready until 0820 or later.

Best customer service. I had a problem with my phone and the customer service associate took my phone and did all the necessary steps, printed my label and told me to have a nice day. In and out! Awesome

This UPS store is a thousand times more friendly, helpful & convenient than the US Post Office. I mail all of my packages here. Even if the line is long, everyone is waited on quickly & you'll be on your way in no time.

Very nice and efficient
