This is an on base post office that doesn't hold mail for on base residents. The employees are rude and not helpful.

I asked for regular packing tape and the desk lady said I had to buy a roll for myself and talked to me like I was an idiot. You are a shipping office. Why don't you have packing tape?

The fat lady at the counter is very disrespectful ? . That woman yelled at me, not reason at all. That shows how miserable she is at her job and life. I would avoid going there.

Absolutely horrible. The lady at the front desk is so beyond rude. She yelled at me in from of everyone, and proceeded to talk to everyone nicely while she was the complete opposite to me. Please get this lady fired. Disrespectfully ?

This post office is beyond terrible. Convenient? Sure, but the customer service sucks. Wanda, at the front desk, is ALWAYS rude. If you don’t enjoy your job that’s fine, but why make it everyone else’s problem? As shown by the 1 star reviews of this location, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!

I'm not even from here, just on vacation with my family. I know one thing, if I was stationed here, these postal employees at this BASE POST OFFICE would be reassigned to Thule AB, Greenland...!!!! For Life.Who shuts down a post office from 1300 - 1400 hrs. NOBODY in this country. Normal hours should be 0800 - 1700 , M - F. Period. Saturday optional due to excess mail.Come on people, let's fix this.

Ive had boxes opened that were delivered sealed. Packages happen to take long to be dropped off when mail normally comes around noon. The Gov needs to step in and investigate this branch based on reading the reviews that have been left.

Lady who works there is evil. She has a bad heart. Doesn’t know how to help airman and military that don’t know how to ship she gives them attitude every time and in many occasions it’s their first time away from home and shipping.
