The fat lady at the counter is very disrespectful ? . That woman yelled at me, not reason at all. That shows how miserable she is at her job and life. I would avoid going there.

Absolutely horrible. The lady at the front desk is so beyond rude. She yelled at me in from of everyone, and proceeded to talk to everyone nicely while she was the complete opposite to me. Please get this lady fired. Disrespectfully ?

This post office is beyond terrible. Convenient? Sure, but the customer service sucks. Wanda, at the front desk, is ALWAYS rude. If you don’t enjoy your job that’s fine, but why make it everyone else’s problem? As shown by the 1 star reviews of this location, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!

I'm not even from here, just on vacation with my family. I know one thing, if I was stationed here, these postal employees at this BASE POST OFFICE would be reassigned to Thule AB, Greenland...!!!! For Life.Who shuts down a post office from 1300 - 1400 hrs. NOBODY in this country. Normal hours should be 0800 - 1700 , M - F. Period. Saturday optional due to excess mail.Come on people, let's fix this.

Ive had boxes opened that were delivered sealed. Packages happen to take long to be dropped off when mail normally comes around noon. The Gov needs to step in and investigate this branch based on reading the reviews that have been left.

Lady who works there is evil. She has a bad heart. Doesn’t know how to help airman and military that don’t know how to ship she gives them attitude every time and in many occasions it’s their first time away from home and shipping.

Every once in awhile, the service is good. But they are never on time, the hours posted are routinely wrong, and you never know what kind of personality you may get on any given day.

The other reviews are true. The post office never seems to be open during their office hours. It’s super annoying having to go elsewhere when they’re supposed to be open.

Nothing more to say than the other reviews. Hours are wrong on the door. Doors are broken and mislabeled. Low inventory on supplies. The staff is worthless, except for one specific lady that is outright caustic. I take pleasure in knowing that she can only ruin 15 minutes of my day, but she has to live with herself 24/7. I’d say this base should be ashamed, but Langley sets a pretty low bar for itself.

The lady that works in there is RUDE AND NASTY! She closes the post office at 1pm and doesn’t allow drop offs or for people to grab flat rate boxes like every other POST OFFICE. She yells at customers and needs to be fired!!!! How do you close during normal work hours and then get mad at regular customers because YOU’RE in the wrong. Please get her TF out of Langley post office! She’s not civil at all with consumers.

Doesn't open at 9:30am like the door says. I understand emergencies can arise, but speaking with the four people waiting with me this is a regular problem. Bad business.Door hours claim:M-F 9:30AM- 1PM, 2PM-4:30PMSAT: CLOSED

Yep…thought there was no way it could be as bad as the reviews state. But, here I am at 954 and they supposedly open at 930. Only thing here is a big line.
