What terrible service they have going on here cant even get someone on the phone my package was shipped there then they sent it back to seller because they said “hampton va doesnt ship to harrisburg pa” does that sound right? is this USPS? i called back and now the package is lost thanks so much

Post office was clean and tidy, man working the counter was incredibly kind and helpful making sure I got the right shipment service for the package I was shipping. Definitely the best USPS experience I’ve had in the area!

Worthless; there is never anyone there, I go at lunch time, shutters are down, I go after lunch time, the shutters are down, I go before lunch time, the shutters are down. Just replace them with a mail box and be done with it already...

Fire the staff, except for the older guy. The entire female staff stays with the most nonchalant, unprofessional attitude as if they were forced to apply there. They like to look at you and cut you off while your trying to explain your reason for being there. Very unacceptable!

The people who work there are friendly and helpful. No long wait in line and the gentleman behind the counter is always friendly, fast and helpful when I come in to mail packages. I go there frequently and always enjoy my experience even if I have to wait in line.
