Says in the site walk ins and there is no scheduling calendar so I drove 20minutes to find no person on staff and only Friday/Saturdays . Very disappointing

I have purchased glasses at the Hampton store on a few occasions. They are always very helpful when choosing and ordering glasses. On my most recent visit, Cheryl took very good care of my mother and I. She was friendly, but still professional and helpful. I recommend this store because of the staff as well as the great selection of eyewear.

IF if could give"0" I would. The doctors office here DOES NOT and WILL NOT help you if the optometrist leaves the practice. THEY CLAIM NO OBLIGATION TO KEEP YOUR RECORDS OF YOUR EYE EXAMS IF THEY LEAVE! . HAD many exams with the previous doctor and diagnosed with macular degeneration, and now they have NO FORWARDING INFORMATION ON THE PREVIOUS DOCTOR , LIKE "0" FORWARDING INFORMATION FOR ME TO GET MY EXAM RECORDS. The receptionist was unapologetic and I would never go to Dr. Beckers office due to her " tough luck". attitude- this person should not be in the medical field or this doctor if they cant be nice about a patient trying to get their records and get simple forwarding information.

Very disappointed in the lack of care and attention to detail with this establishment.Twice I have received poor customer service/delivery. First time-one lens was tinted when order arrived. Wasted 2 week waiting time. But I gave them another chance the following year.2nd time-I was never contacted when order arrived. When I contacted Visionworks, Petey informed me my husband (who hasn't visited this location in a year!!!!) was contacted and HIS prescription was in 2 pairs of MY frames. Confused???? Yes, I am too!!! There were 2 male reps present. But the first one who attempted to help, passed me over to the other one named Petey because he was confused too and remained silent. Petey made a joke and said "Your husband can wear them if he doesn't mind wearing your frames" which I didn't find funny at all after waiting 2 weeks for glasses!!! He also joked about how he remembered me from the previous order that was incorrect. I then asked for my re-order to be expedited at which he replied, it will take another week or more! This is totally unacceptable. Petey never apologized for the inconvenience and even went further to blame the lab rather than the error he placed on the paperwork which clearly shows he input my husband's name in the system as opposed to mine! By the way, this unprofessional interaction took place in the front of another customer waiting for service. If you value your time and money, I would NOT recommend this location for your eyeglass needs.

Horrible service...they ordered the wrong safety glasses twice and my 2nd pair is always pending....$875 and 5 weeks later...no glasses and no money returned on my credit card

Just leaving a review to hopefully bring Pete awareness to his flippant attitude towards names that are different than his own.During our first visit to purchase new glasses for my child (who was present) when told the first name, his response was “that’s different”. This comment was off-putting for me; in fact, immediately upon exiting the store, my child expressed that offense had been taken to this comment.At our next visit to pick up the frames, Pete asked for the last name. When told the last name, he proceeded to mispronounce the child’s first name. When corrected, his response was “close enough” it wasn’t close. But regardless, if someone takes the time to correct you, either try to say it correctly, apologize for the error or don’t say anything at all. I’m sure he would not appreciate being referred to as “Pet”, “Petey”, “Patty”, “Pâté”, “Petty”, or any number of pronunciations, even though one could arguably construe his name as such.Otherwise, he did his job. We got what we came for. But the lack of self-awareness on his part left us with a bad taste in our mouths, and we question whether we should return and patronize this office again in the future.
