Would rate ZERO stars, if I could. Roxanne has to be the worst person at a Wal-Mart I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Completely unprofessional and my company will never order anything from this store again. I don't even want to give this store my own business after my experience. This is the third and final incident we will tolerate from this location. She openly lied to me about customer policy, which I am quite familiar with, to excuse her own incompetence. I'm happy to give my business to the Yorktown store, moving forward. I do not recommend ordering from this place.

WORST service ever. I'm pregnant and mostly immobile so ordering curbside helps me a lot. I ordered my groceries from here and they gave me ALL MOLDED FRUIT. Not just some. ALL OF THE FRUIT THEY GAVE ME HAD MOLD ON IT. Forget trying to call ANY of the departments, HR, Online Orders, ANYTHING. They won't pick up the phone. Useless and careless. NOT TO MENTION, waiting for my order to be ready, the app told me to arrive between 4-5pm and I didn't receive my groceries until almost 8pm. So I was just sitting outside waiting.

If I could give them a zero I would. Please choose a different store to do online p/u or delivery from. You will waiting for over 40mins to pick up your order and with their delivery you'll never get the order the same day you placed it. It's fucking ridiculous. I just left there without my order that I've had been waiting for over 40mins.

I was in the area, trying to multitask and make use of my time. Unfortunately, Walmart never helps me with that.Oh, where do I begin? Oh, yes, parking...is pretty bad. It's Thursday morning and the whole lot is full!!! The night shift nurse in me is seriously doubtful that all the people shopping are shift workers.I finally park fifteen minutes later and the greeter gets my one star. She's very nice and helpful.I walk to the customer service line and it's empty. I'm thinking this is great. Nope! I show the cashier my return and instead of scanning my mobile receipt, she wants me to read the order number to her? She rolled her eyes and acted like I was bothering her for doing her job. Finally I spoke up for myself and asked, "can't you just scan the bar at the bottom of the receipt?"Lo and behold, this finally does the trick! She basically tells me I have to grab a replacement item, but I just wanted a refund. Twice I said this to her. Just as I was getting ready to snap, a lightbulb must have gone off in her dim little head and she figured out how to refund my money back to my card. End rant. Ordeal is over!

This store needs to have customer service training classes! The door greeters are rude, and unfriendly. Everyone I came in contact with was rude! It's Hard to want to spend money somewhere that the people working there act like your bothering them by coming in and shopping!

This is quite simply the worst place to go shopping and has always been in the 4 years I have lived here so that means pre-pandemic. I once was speaking to a woman working in electronics who was sharing with me the fact that she has worked at this Walmart for over 20 years and in the same breath told me that manager of this Walmart had been there quite a long time and how hands on she was and how the manager was always on hand . I said well she must never have to go to the bathroom . Disgusting, no t-paper or soap. Do not expect any help in any way shape or form in any department, no one know sh_t, but do expect the rudest customer service . When you get anything from the deli , expect that if they drop your package of lunchmeat on the floor, they will certainly pick right up from the floor and not even blink when they hand it right to you. They have what you need, but the service is ridiculous! I am waiting on a rotisserie chicken from the hot food section as I type and the girl is on her phone ! (Light skin) They keep saying "10 mins" but it's been longer than 10. Every time I look up they are looking weird like "you're still waiting" & I AM ! Only 2-3 cashiers in the entire store. Such a mess

The shopping experience always leaves something to be desired when it comes to Walmart. However, the real reason I'm writing this review is the cashier I had the pleasure of dealing with was an angel. Super friendly, outgoing, and definitely has a passion for her work. That's a rare, rare, rare breed, when it comes to big box store employees. Always underpaid and overworked. I just wanted to thank her for making my day just a little bit better. I hope a promotion is on the horizon for you my dear.

I was in line waiting to check out in the Self Check out line. While there there was 2 over worked female employee.s . One was helping people with their self check out process. We were asked cash or Credit. The people Lenin front of me were paying cash. We were informed that they only had ,"1" registered taking Cash. I watched 8 or 9 other credit customer go around me and leave. There appeared to be at least 10 register with the ability to accept cash. But we were made to wait cause their is not enough working machine and not enough employees to help us valuable customers. For large Retailer not to have working equipment is not good business...

Complaint. Managers need to take notice on this. Parking for disabled needs to be fixed. I came yo the store to shop and my mom drove separately to meet me. My mother is disabled and parked. When she came around the front of the car, toward the store, she tripped and fell on the parking block that was not in the right spot. Somehow it was at an angle instead of straight in front of the parking spot / car like normal. The thing is, she fell and no one helped her. She called me while she was on the ground to come and help her. i was in the store and i rushed out to her to help her up. A few other people saw me running out of the store and came to help me get her up. Pictures say it all. As a follow on, i had to drive her car after that because she was shaken up. We directly drove over to have dinner at Olive Garden,. She hobbled in and then she could barely get back up. She is getting checked out of a Dr soon.

I came from the other side norfolk va beach area.. I thought some of those Walmarts were bad! This one is ridiculous, couldn't find no cookies I was looking for.. floors were sticky selection was just piss poor! That place needs revamping. Only good thing was no line for the gas!

I wish there was a way to give the a zero. I have made several delivery orders just to see if the previous ones were bad days or the partial shopper. If I order 3 cases of water I get 1...can't count(no they weren't out.) pictures of pick up orders and they said they delivered my order but no one came! Or order pending with no delivery date in site after the delivery date only to be told you can call the store whose phone doesn't get answered and if it does they are rude as all get out. I'd rather pay double!

I tried to shop this store 9/22 10:00am. The four specific items I went for were absent on empty shelves. Stocking and organization very poor. Still, I went on and gathered a few things. All but one self-checkout was out of order (or off). Only two other registers were working. Lines way down the aisle for checkout. I simply left. Complete waste of my time. Clearly a store run without pride or concern for shoppers. Awful.
