I lost my car key in the store and spent an hour retracing my steps and checking in with customer service. After no luck finding it and no one turning it in, a staff member called around to all of her associates in the store to tell them to BOLO, and she herself went out and retraced my steps, and she found them!!! I appreciate the above & beyond customer service.

Spark driver Tara Lawrence that picked up from this Walmart on 6/21/25 in parking spot 22 at 11:18 Am. Did a hit and run on my husbands motorcycle while making a delivery. Amy the manager was completely rude and unhelpful trying to gather information.

Oh man. Where to start with this Walmart? They have taken shrinkage paranoia to all new levels I have never experienced in a Walmart before. Upon entry, you go through a one way gate guarded by a security officer. Forget a basket or cart? Tough luck, you'll set off an alarm if you go back. Want to buy razors, paint, electronics... USB cables..? Gotta go find an employee. And from there, most departments won't hand you the item. You gotta buy it then and there and they won't let you touch it until its paid for. Did you buy your stuff in the electronics department and need to get out? Good luck. The exits have armed one way gates to stop you from leaving out the exit. You have to go through checkout. Hopefully there isn't a 60 person long line. And the final icing on the cake, you *better* use the door that says Thank You (Exit) and not the door that says Thank You. Apparently only shoplifters try and use the entrance door to exit, so they blocked that path off too.
If you don't want me touching your merchandise, just close the store.

The layout in here is awful, it looks like items are just thrown out on the shelves. It makes you want to run out and go to another location…and I did.

Not sure why there are 15 or so check outs and only 3 or 4 with people working at them and the rest are self checkout. All the billions Wal-Mart makes annually and too cheap to pay people to operate a cash register.

Worst Walmart of them all

The front end remodel has caused the lines to back up into grocery and past pharmacy. This causes congestion and disrupts thr flow of traffic. Purchasing your items now takes a disgusting amount of time.

They now have 1 checkout line for the entire store. Horrible. No express or anything.

I have never seen such laziness in helping customers, the only way I’ll go to this store is if I have a deadly emergency because they are horrible, rude & do not care about anything let alone customers! And the lines are absolutely ridiculous

Walmart delivery brought 2 gallons of tea and both were expired. One went out a month ago and the other went out in March. This is a really nasty store with rude staff and apparently nobody knows how to rotate stock or do their job. Walmart grocery here is awful too. You wait forever and when you call (after waiting over 30 minutes) they always seem moody af on the phone. This store needs a whole redo. Can we scrap this one and start over?!?!

Got stuck in the hell that is Hampton and needed basic necessities. The shelves were bare at least in the clothes and shoes area and there is no plus size section. The store set up makes zero sense for the shopper's experience. I have not one positive thing to say about this store.
