Notice to the owners. This you need to check behind this Wawa. Either there's a management ordering issue or a logistics issue of some sort. And the last 2 months I have come here 4 separate occasions and they had shut down drink orders. Not only from the app but also internally in the store. The first time they told me it was because they didn't have anybody to cover drinks they were sure staffed.. The next occasion there was no explanation. The third occasion it was they were having technical issues. This occasion is because they have no ice and the only way that they we're able to eliminate drinks from the menu that had ice was they had to shut the whole drink when you down both inside the store and outside. This is becoming like McDonald's and their ice cream machine what is really going on.?! We coming here way too often to experience this. The only reason I gave it to stars is because most of the time the Frontline employees are very friendly. But you are losing losing of money with drink issues. This visit was for three milkshakes, oh and by the way today is Mother's Day approx. 330 pm Imagine how much money you're losing. The other visits were for espressos drinks. During my morning commute. So unfortunately now the store is no longer a dependable part of my morning commute.

I would’ve given this place 4, maybe even 5 stars, the employees are great. Unfortunately almost everytime I stop by there are bums out front asking for money and it seems no matter how many times the staff ask them to leave they keep coming back ,very sketchy, especially late at night. My advice to anyone that has to go by this location after hours, especially to use their atm is if you conceal carry make sure you’re strapped. Dang shame such a nice store is being ruined by such a scuzzy surrounding neighborhood.

We always go here for the stuffed pretzels. Our go to is cream cheese stuffed but they had cheddar cheese today. I took one bite and geez was it bad. Hard, overcooked, little or no cheese stuffing, half the size of what they used to be. Date said 2\7 1:10pm. For today's date, I doubt these were fresh. I would appreciate a response and possibly a replacement from the store. I appreciate a quick reply.

Learn how to order your ingredients. Coming here for years and always out of stuff. Can never order a simple breakfast burrito. After the 20th time of trying this is where we are. Will get us nowhere I know but it so aggravating. Both wawa by my house in VA Beach never ever not once had an issue.

Im not trying to be funny but I seriously think the staff who cook the food can't read...My food is always wrong no matter what I ordered...If I ask for Buffalo sauce they give me BBQ..The staff just seem irritated and burnt out...STAY AWAY FROM WAWA IF YOU ARE HUNGRY OR ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK....THEY WONT COOK YOUR FOOD THE WAY YOU LIKE IT AND YOU ALLLLWAYS GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

The quality of the cooked food sucks!! Every time I get a breakfast sandwich it’s bottom piece of bread is hard! These people come to work for the check and not the quality of service!
