First time I have opened an account in many years and had the pleasure to deal with De’Arius. Saunders (banker) and Teanna (an awesome and very professional teller) and Ms. Saunders went above and beyond to help me have a smooth experience!! These ladies are an asset to this company and a breath of fresh air!! Thank you ladies!!

I visited the branch and requested a cash withdrawal of $10,000. However, instead of providing cash, the manager issued me a cashier’s check because money was not available in the bank, assuring me that there would be no charge associated with it. When I attempted to cash this check at another bank, I experienced the following issues:
• It took two weeks for the check to clear.
• I was charged a fee for cashing the check, despite being told there would be no charge.
This incident caused me unnecessary delays and financial loss, which could have been avoided had I received the cash as initially requested. I believe this was due to either negligence or a lack of proper communication from the manager.
I request an investigation into this matter and appropriate corrective action.

I could not say enough good this about Mr. Hicks temperament and patience with my client and his banking issues. Mr Hicks is an asset to your company , as the online experience and call center was not as understanding. I am glad we came in for help in person.

Worst bank ever the management the staff are retarded. They don’t know how to deal with customers specially customers that got appointment always not on time always hold them people over an hour.

Worst bank, I've been to 2 different Wells Fargo banks in Hampton and so far the only have 2 people working. One in the drive through and one for inside the branch. When one goes to lunch (as they should) that only leaves one. This one was I visited today was so bad, Friday on the 1st and only One teller. You have other team members just sitting around and not helping, line wrapped around. This is so sad, and because I have to make deposits for my company I have to come here. Jada is the only one who is very professional, fast and efficient. So is the other gentlemen behind the counter. Wells Fargo you need to do better for your customers.

The customer service is horrendous. They should close this branch or fire the manager. The only teller in the whole bank was so rude! I asked her was the branch closed (I had to press the button to get a teller). She told me it was digital and I should use the ATM, but she was not kind about it. She was abrupt. This woman has a chip on her shoulder and it's obvious. This is the 4th time I have experienced slow, rude behavior and I will no longer use this branch. This branch deserves no star but I have to select in order to post...so 1 it is.

Worse Wells Fargo branch I've ever been to. It's incredibly slow. Tellers and manager seem to have no sense of urgency nor efficiency. They are so slow and redundent, you will probably go 20% Grey while waiting inside. Drive through guy was pretty good. I should bump up a little for him but inside is so bad I just can't. Try to never come here and waste your time

I am waiting to deposit a cashiers check, it has been already 20 minutes. There is only ONE cashier working with the line of 7 people.Very inefficient, A couple of people in the line seem elderly.There are several people sitting on their desks, but nobody helps the SINGLE cashier. (There is another cashier working with the window)

Although at times I have been irritated with the service but very pleased with the fraud dept.if I purchase something unfamiliar I will be contacted to check for unauthorized purchases and I am greatful that the bank is so observant.the only complaint is when my debit card is cancelled and I have no knowledge until I attempt to use it to find no one contacted me to let me know.VERY EMBARRASSING. I have only one other issue, some of the female managers are beyond rude,no respect no kindness I honestly don't know how they managed to get hired.
