Worst bank, I've been to 2 different Wells Fargo banks in Hampton and so far the only have 2 people working. One in the drive through and one for inside the branch. When one goes to lunch (as they should) that only leaves one. This one was I visited today was so bad, Friday on the 1st and only One teller. You have other team members just sitting around and not helping, line wrapped around. This is so sad, and because I have to make deposits for my company I have to come here. Jada is the only one who is very professional, fast and efficient. So is the other gentlemen behind the counter. Wells Fargo you need to do better for your customers.

The customer service is horrendous. They should close this branch or fire the manager. The only teller in the whole bank was so rude! I asked her was the branch closed (I had to press the button to get a teller). She told me it was digital and I should use the ATM, but she was not kind about it. She was abrupt. This woman has a chip on her shoulder and it's obvious. This is the 4th time I have experienced slow, rude behavior and I will no longer use this branch. This branch deserves no star but I have to select in order to post...so 1 it is.

Worse Wells Fargo branch I've ever been to. It's incredibly slow. Tellers and manager seem to have no sense of urgency nor efficiency. They are so slow and redundent, you will probably go 20% Grey while waiting inside. Drive through guy was pretty good. I should bump up a little for him but inside is so bad I just can't. Try to never come here and waste your time

I am waiting to deposit a cashiers check, it has been already 20 minutes. There is only ONE cashier working with the line of 7 people.Very inefficient, A couple of people in the line seem elderly.There are several people sitting on their desks, but nobody helps the SINGLE cashier. (There is another cashier working with the window)

Although at times I have been irritated with the service but very pleased with the fraud dept.if I purchase something unfamiliar I will be contacted to check for unauthorized purchases and I am greatful that the bank is so observant.the only complaint is when my debit card is cancelled and I have no knowledge until I attempt to use it to find no one contacted me to let me know.VERY EMBARRASSING. I have only one other issue, some of the female managers are beyond rude,no respect no kindness I honestly don't know how they managed to get hired.

This bank is HORRIBLE. After entering the wrong amount on the atm doing a deposit with MONEY ORDERS they attempt to close my account because I keyed in the wrong thing. Having a business account, personal account, home and jewelry account with them I expected better resolution to my issue within the last 2 days...I WAS WRONG. Noone could help me at all by phone or in person. I'm definitely finding another banking institution.

Avoid! They put a hold on my business account two days before Christmas stating an address issue. Manager and banker wouldn’t help me at all played games back and forth when I called stating a back office did it. Couldn’t get my issue resolved and they kept my funds. Navy federal is a better way to go. Avoid this unprofessional child like ghetto bank. No resolve from Nick or Blaire. Reporting this first thing Monday morning. I definitely just closed 1 of 4 accounts. Outdoor solutions closed, jewelry account next. Done with this institution. You have been warned.
