Willow Oaks Branch Library is a great community resource and a nice little store front library, conveniently located. The staff is always pleasant, professional, helpful, cheerful, and very friendly. They are some of the kindest librarians, known for their great customer care. The library is LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent welcome, making all feel wanted. It offers a surprising collection of books, though some wish for an expanded collection and a top-tier e-library system for the wider peninsula. This pleasant local library is considered a hidden treasure.
