The people are rude and unfriendly and will not listen to you..you have to be very assertive to ensure you get what you want. Will not return and I hope Noone else experience this type of customer service..

This cleaners said they could clean my suade jacket.When i got itback it wasnt cleaned and they didnt offer a refund or a portion of my money back. They tell you they can clean anything until you get it back and its not clean. Horrible customer service. Ill drive ten miles to bypass this cleaners.

I’ve been using them for a while before I posted this review. It has been at least five years. They have altered several items of my clothing to include dress pants, dresses, and an expensive coat that I had shortened and the shortened. I’ve taken expensive pillows and comforters as well. Everything is always come out. Perfect. Never had any issues. Everything’s done in a prompt amount of time. They’re very friendly there as well.

Been going to this cleaners for months and most time prepay when I have my wallet on me. However one time I prepaid and they lost my clothes, refused to answer the phone when I called repeatedly trying to reach someone to talk about and after a month of still using the cleaners while they look for my clothes, still haven’t resolved it or admitted to losing my items. But keep saying check my house and they will review their cameras and no answers. Piss poor operation.Service: Laundry wash & fold

Great cleaners! Very pleasant people. I have had expensive delicate things cleaned by them and no issues. I have had many things tailored including an expensive jacket that was thick with a lining and needed to be hemmed even the sleeves and they moved the buckle on the Slee cup so it fit where it should and shortened the king belt on the coat. It came out perfect they did an amazing job. I have had shirts that were too low cut in the chest and they fixed that as well they do a great job.

Very pleasant staff. Took an item to have a patch sewn on in early afternoon and they had it ready in no time. Quite refreshing, not hearing that I had not brought in early enough to get a same day turn around.
