I’ve had nothing issues with the car I purchased here in February, its a 2017 Ford Explorer, first it was blowing white smoke out of the exhaust, they never fully fixed it, that was $608 because the warranty i bought with the car that they said was the BEST warranty they have!!! But now i understand why they didnt… (needs new motor) SECONDLY the car stopped steering while I was driving and my children were in the car… $3800, warranty didnt cover that also… they fixed it for free after we exchanged words… and told me to take down my review, which i agreed to because i thought they were making it right… WRONG.
Took it in for inspection and oil change today. Was told that, I’m missing motor mounts, and the torque mount is damaged and soaked in oil.
How was that not caught? And why aren’t motor mounts replaced?
While I thought they were trying to make the situation right, they only further damaged my car and is now costing me thousands to fix it.
Stay very far away.
Don’t waste your money on their fake warranties as well.
Never again Wynne Ford never again.

This is by far the best place to go do business. The staff is really great and very welcoming. I will continue to do business at this Ford location, they go above and beyond to help the customers.

Brought my vehicle in for annual inspection - it failed because of a frayed seat belt, a significant safety violation. I went on Iine and ordered an OEM replacement, which arrived the next day. I brought the vehicle in to replace the part and reinspect. The work order clearly stated customer supplied part and reinspection. A few days later I returned to find a shiny new inspection sticker and was confident that I could now safely operate the vehicle. Of course my wallet was now $250 lighter, but you can't put a price on safety. I opened my car door and immediately noticed that the box with the replacement part was unopened. I extended the seatbelt, and it was still frayed. They had not only not done the work but they had also charged me $250 and certified the vehicle as safe to operate. Morale of the story: If it's more than an oil change - BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID.

Would highly recommend staying far away.
Took my F-250 in to get the injector checked out due to it throwing a check engine light.
I dropped the truck off on a Monday to be diagnosed. Hadn’t heard anything by Wednesday so I called and was told they couldn’t get the check engine light to come on, and that I could come pick up the truck. 2 miles into my drive home, boom check engine light comes on.
Mike at the service desk has to have by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Upon driving the truck back they tried to say it was the tuner I had plugged in, which has been on my truck for 50k miles, why would it be an issue now?
I told them I wanted it an injector balance test ran on it to confirm it’s the injector. I was told it wouldn’t be until the next day before they could look at it and that they would let me know, understandable it was already 5 in the afternoon.
5 o clock the next day comes around still haven’t heard anything, gave them a call and lord behold it was the injector all along. But they said they couldn’t give me a quote due to their systems being down and they would call me first thing Friday morning.
2 o’clock Friday morning no phone call, I called and got the quote and told them to go ahead and replace it, I was told the truck would be ready Monday afternoon or first thing Tuesday morning.
Monday comes around and I stopped by truck hasn’t even been started on, was told that it would be ready for sure Tuesday by 5.
Got a call Tuesday around noon saying they haven’t started on the truck but there going to try to get to it after lunch for me to pick it up and that they would call me at 3.
5 o’clock rolls around… again no call. So I called again truck still isn’t ready for pickup.
I understand delays life happens especially working on vehicles, but the transparency is absolutely horrendous. Definitely will not be thinking about ever taking my truck to anywhere that has their name on the building. Would recommend reading the other low star comments, they are definitely true.
