“Yesterday evening I was driving on Orange Ave and my skid plate was dragging the ground due to a mistake made from the previous auto shop I had recently taken it to. I just so happened to see fisher and pull in on a whim hoping they would be able to help me in a pinch. It was almost closing time , yet, the gentleman that was at the front desk was so accommodating, friendly and was willing to help me right away. As a woman , it’s often hard to find friendly honest people in the auto repair industry and I have struggled greatly with this so it is refreshing to know there are still good people out there willing to help ! This O'Reilly's always seems to have the odd ball stuff that others don't carry and everything, I mean 95 percent of the stuff, I need is in stock. When I took the car to have it repaired, the repair technician told me I had great tires and that the nail didn’t actually puncture the tire! A less quality tire would have needed to be replaced! I can’t recommend this company enough!”

“Absolutely phenomenal experience. The only reason I used this shop initially was because it is where my insurance company sent me after a wreck. I was more than pleasantly surprised with every detail of the process. From the moment I walked in, the front desk receptionist was extremely polite, professional, and organized. She handled a large volume of people in her waiting room with respect and professionalism. The way they took the time to look through everything with me, get my estimate, stay in communication with me, and make sure I was allowed to make decisions about every step of the process, overall, it was just excellent service. Unfortunately in a previous wreck, I went to a different shop that I chose and did not have such a pleasant experience. And ended up getting a poor job done with a mismatched paint color and had to get the work redone. So I was anxious about picking up my vehicle this time. But I did not need to be. They went above and beyond and even fixed a small dent that was not originally part of the wreck damage. it looked phenomenal. Color match was excellent. Some shops will try to convince you that is hard to do. I’m sure it is difficult, but they did a great job. Just overall excellent experience. Highly professional, great communication, great work! Would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone.”

“They were the only good to come out of a bad situation when I was side swiped in an auto accident. They were so nice and understanding. I was running late after work dropping of my rental, I called to tell them I wouldn't make it it time to pick up my car before they closed- they were kind enough to wait so I would be able to have a car to drive home that day! When I picked up my car, it was in pristine condition, cleaned inside and out. The previous damage was fixed to unnoticeable condition, even buffed out some scratches that were not from the accident!
