Ashley, at the front desk was very pleasant to work with and she had us in and out both when we dropped the car off and when we picked it up. The body work was completed and the damaged area looks good as new. Although we hope to never need their services again, we would definitely go back if the we ever needed work done again.”

“I had a five-star experience today at the Advance Auto on Brambleton Roanoke VA. I had unexpected drained battery that turned out needing to be replaced. It was unexpected and frustrating morning for me having to get wait almost 2hrs for a jump .. but after the 2 gentleman at this location to care of diagnosing the need for new battery as well as the installation of the new one. The customer service was top notch, especially from technician Forest. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in the removing of the old battery and installing the new. He was instrumental in making sure I was safely back on the road. I very much so appreciative his efforts and 100% would recommend this company and the fine representatives you have at this location and will be back to this location for my future car needs. “Assistant Manager Lisa was awesome! She stopped stocking items on the floor when she saw that all of the other counter employees were busy. She efficiently retrieved all of my items (Gates hoses and belts - everything was in stock) and even brought out the correct sized hose clamps to boot. “Another mechanic told me that I needed a new exhaust system. He gave me an estimate of $2,000, which is probably greater than the value of the old car that I am currently driving. However, he told me that if I could find a shop that specialized in exhaust work and didn't have to rely on using stock parts, I would probably be able to get my car fixed for less. So I went online, and I found this shop, which seemed to have so many overwhelmingly positive reviews, and now that my car is fixed, I am back to add my positive review to all the other ones.
The cost of the repairs was very reasonable (significantly less than $2,000!), and in response to the numerous questions that I asked, I was very patiently given answers (and drawings!) to explain the repair work that needed to be done on the car. The mechanics here are knowledgeable and trustworthy, and I highly recommend them. Thanks to these guys, I don't need to start looking for a new car just yet.”
