Showed up for a confirmed appointment 5 minutes early. I was told the person I needed to see was on lunch at 2:23 and I could wait 10 minutes. I said I’d give them until the appointment time. Appointment time and past so I left. Disappointing since I was there to make a 6 figure investment CD. I’ll find another branch.
