The people here at the Westlake office are a dawsome group of people. Every time I visit, whether inside or via the drive-thru, the people are amazing!!! I don't know enough about Truist to be able to provide any reasonable review, but the reason I have stayed is that the customer service is just unbelievable.

This branch is one of the best I have ever seen since I bought my business I been with Bb&t for over 20 years but this is by far is the best branch they welcome you with a smile they greet you by name and they make you feel welcome as a family so thank you to everyone at Smith mountain lake branch
