Construction Marketing renovated our home's rear wall and porch to capture mountain views. They are skilled professionals. They executed the contract as specified, and actually came in below budget on allowances. The job site was kept clean and safe during construction. They have a sound knowledge of structural engineering, combined with an architectural vision. The results exceeded our expectations. We recommend them and would use them in the future.

Recommended for great execution, responsiveness, attention to detail, and creativity.We did a large remodel with Construction Marketing that involved two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, an interior bridge, and structural work to support all of the above. We are very pleased with the outcome.We had no prior renovation experience and one of our biggest concerns was whether the final execution would meet our aesthetic standards. In a project this large, there will be mistakes or some work that needs aesthetic improvement. When pointed out and the desired outcome was clearly described, there was no arguing about whether it needed addressing. They acknowledged the problems and addressed them to meet our objectives. This made the process relatively low stress and we got an excellent outcome.I would highly recommend Construction Marketing.

From installing a walk in shower / tub, to repairs on our vinyl siding, to replacing our front steps and handrails, they have always performed high quality work with attention to the details. Highly recommend using Construction Marketing! They recently completed a new deck for us. We had previously interacted with several construction companies about our project and hadn't been willing to commit based on a variety of issues. Our experience with Construction Marketing was great from beginning to end! I got an immediate response via Houzz and then quick contact from the company directly. From initial consultation to project design to estimate to demolition, we had great interactions with all employees. The crew was easy to have around for three weeks while working on the project and I was also kept informed about the status of the project. When we are ready for our next project, they will be the first call I make!

They were very professional and communicated very well from the beginning of the process until everything was completed. They kept the construction area clean of construction waste. They built a screened in porch for us. We were able to provide input on the design all throughout the process. They started our project earlier than expected and finished under the estimated time for completion.
