Very clean, well stocked. Phamacy cashier, and front checkout cashier were present but for those seeking more discretion, theres always the self checkout. Plenty of parking and of course the drive thru.

Phone system sucks and the text alerts are wrong more than right.
However ...The pharmacy staff is very empathetic and obliging, hard workers, like air traffic controlers. On their feet all day!
They must do at least 1500 scripts a day ! 600,000 a year?
That's a lot of money !
Suggestion.... hire someone to ....answer the push 9 for pharmacy assistance. Or take a message.
Will save a lot of frustration for the caller. Plus no other pharmacy does it !

This is a pretty average CVS. It's spacious, relatively clean and well stocked. I didn't see any non pharmacy staff so when we picked up the prescriptions, we checked out there. A+ pharmacy service! Otherwise, you can self check out or search the store for a cashier.

You can’t even speak to someone in the pharmacy on the phone anymore. You have to leave a voicemail message.

I know this is CVS corporate - the pharmacy will not take a call and promises a call in an hour. Nope over 1 hour and a half. My PBM is Caremark and CVS are part of the same ownership. This should be against the law - Caremark is suppose to shop the best prices but owns CVS. Horrible customer service

The robot voice you talk to to refill a prescription is worse than useless. 10 minutes trying to get a refill on something thats out with refills remaining and all it does is tell me my one month prescription was picked up a month ago after asking me what refill I wanted refill. 3 times over. The staff in the store is awesome though

I had to use my ECB before they expired on that day. I found some reduced Valentine things and I had $2.00 left to spend. I couldn’t find anything so the friendly cashier helped me and found the perfect item for a little over $2.00. She took the time to help me and chat for a few minutes. Loved the trip there and the cashier made my experience even better!!!

The staff at the Westlake CVS is so helpful. I can see how busy they are and likely need some additional staff, but they have helped me look up discounts, are patient with requests and if they aren't crazy busy - like yesterday (a Sunday) when they saw I had arrived after urgent care submitted my prescription - they expedited my order. They were still busy, but really helpful and kept me posted on progress. I appreciate their hard work.

Pharmacy is a constant disappointment. Frequently has no drive thru service available because of "Staff problems". Slow as the day is long when inside. Pharmacists are indifferent to your waste of time compared to the importance of their time. Not recommended. While hand written signs claim to be short on staff, it appears to be a management problem due to the frequency of those staff problems. I wish they would get their act together.

Completely incompetent service. Won’t even answer the phone from Caremark… denies even speaking to Caremark, can’t get important medicine.All the 4-5 stars are either really old, lies, employees or friends of employees. Most likely fake.I hope this place gets shut down and CVS fined for their problems.

Auto phone system so bad you can't get a human being to answer the phone, I have been calling and trying to speak with a person for 45 minutes, one of the worst I have ever seen !
