“GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
About a month ago we had a problem with 2 of their products, to no fault of their own. It was their supplier. We were passing thru on our way back to Tennessee. I called and let them know and Travis got back in touch with me and is going to make it right with us. I highly recommend them.

“Love going into this store, all of the staff are so friendly and helpful. It is a great place to go get specialized gifts for any occasion (Christmas, birthdays, anniversary’s, etc.). I have never left there without a purchase that I don’t absolutely love. My favorite thing is having anything I purchase engraved to make it more special.With the coffee/sandwich shop next door makes it more convenient.If you are new to the area, on vacation, or just driving through the area, it is a must stop for Mama Anne’s Gift and Goodies.”
“This is a cute gift shop and fudge shop on the top level at Bridgewater Plaza. They sell gifts for people of all ages. The fudge is DELICIOUS! I tried sea salt caramel and rocky road. Prices are a bit steep, but that's normal for a gift shop in a touristy area.”
“This little gift store is located in the heart of Roanoke's Historic Market Square. I always enjoy looking at their window displays, which contain many quality items tastefully displayed. Besides being a place where one can find a good variety of beautiful gifts for all occasions, one can also find very nice Virginia and Roanoke City souvenirs, as well as Virginia Tech Hokie Bird and Virginia Cavaliers t-shirts and items. The pink flamingo is the store's logo, which has been opened for over 40 years. Victoria, one of the store's owner, and working there on the the I visited was very nice and helpful in showing me around. For the small space, they have a very nice variety of quality items very well placed all around the store. It's a pleasure just visiting the store, and one will always find something irresistible to have to buy and take home. I would recommend this store to anyone who is around Roanoke Market Square and looking to see a nice variety of good quality items in a small but well used space, and treated with excellent customer service that will make you feel at home while shopping.”

“Could have spent hours here today just looking around. The store is full of various type items to choose from. The lady working was very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to find a fun little card and “extra goody” in my bag when I got home. Check this place out!!!”

“Northwest Hardware is always a fun stop. Friendly helpful staff and they know exactly where everything is.. and the don have EVERYTHING. The Hallmark Cards have a great selection. The price tho! Although I noticed they were not as expensive as the modern drugstores.”

“I love this shop. Went by boat to Bernard's Landing. The shop is located right above the restaurant. I will be back and will definitely visit the other shop in Westlake . A great place to get gifts, something for your home or a souvenir.”
