I've owned my Volvo for over 10 years now and have been to several mechanics and now that I've found Hartsel's, I will never go anywhere else. They are the most knowledgeable shop I've even been to and they will always go out of their way to help their customers.

In my personal opinion, it's hard to find an automotive service provider that will be up-front and honest with you, fix what should be fixed in a timely manner, and not want to gouge your wallet when it's over. These guys are Fantastic. The owners of Hartsel Auto have been satisfying customers for more than 40 years. Even though they specialize in Volvo's, they also service other makes and models. I brought them my 2009 Volvo XC70, and they did a complete engine swap for a fair price. They have earned my respect and confidence for all my future issues that may arise.

Hartsell has serviced my vehicles since my husband died 12 years ago. Joe and Dennis are amazing people. Honest and compassionate. On more than one occasion, including today, they have discounted and/or not marked up services provided. Good people. Quality service. Highly recommend. They specialize in Volvo. My car is not a Volvo and they treat it with honor.

Although they're primarily a Volvo shop, I don’t hesitate to bring my non-Volvo rides here. I been around the automotive industry for a lot of years and I like these guys. Knowledgeable and straightforward. You get to talk to them and not through some service writer. I’m glad to have found them.
