Abby at the Westlake store is amazing. She is so knowledgeable which is great, but being techno-challenged myself, she was patient, courteous and could explain everything on my level! Don't often get this kind of service anywhere anymore, so it was especially appreciated!

The sales girl that took care of me was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She helped me get a new phone. She then transferred everything over to my new phone. Some things didn't transfer and we tried too many times to log in to AOL so we got locked out. I had to go back the next day and she got everything up and running. I wish I had gotten her name so she could praised on her performance.

Lazy ladies. Very unfriendly. They have no interest in helping with something minor. They'd give you the time of day if you're there to BUY 600 bucks or more

Went in and bought a $42 or so screen protector. It was dark outside so I didn't notice it had bubbles under it until I got home, two hours away because I don't live in the area. Called and asked for a refund so I could get another screen protector applied where I live the correct way, but was told that screen protector sales are nonrefundable. I don't live in the area so I can't just drive by and have them replace it. Very frustrated.

This was a consumer purchase in a retail store.The retail store had product in stock and it was two to four more times costly than the Internet.Since the product was immediately available and couldn't wait a few days for iNet delivery, it was purchased.
