I moved to Harrisonburg in 2022 and have been going to AAMCO since. Their service, pricing, and turn around time is superb. I cannot recommend this place more. I now commute 100 miles a day, and they have helped me keep my car in excellent shape. I have gone to them for oil changes, maintenance, and inspections. Donnie and his team are the best around!

Very honest shop. Call them and by chance, I suppose, the owner Pravesh answered the phone. I requested a quote for services and after asking me the right questions, he said the services I was requesting weren't needed yet and to call him again later when the time was right. I do appreciate honest people and because of it AMMCO Harrisonburg deserves 5 starts. Keep the good work!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Had an appointment and had my car towed in. 2 weeks later they still hadn't had a technician look at it but the manager informed (without even inspecting the problem) me most likely it was my transmission. Had the car towed to JandS auto from there. It was the snap ring on my axle. DONT GO TO AAMCO!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I brought my truck in to get my spark plugs fixed because my engine kept misfiring, fast forward to a month later I took it to my mechanic back at home that i trusted and turns out they used dirty cheap parts and overcharged me. I’m still having issues with my injector being clogged due to the dirtiness of the parts that were installed in my engine. They guys are so sheisty I wish I never took my car here I ended up spending more money and they caused more issues in my car. (IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD)

Exceptional customer service. I had experienced some issues with my air conditioner in my Honda crv that required several visits. Donnie was transparent from the beginning with each visit regarding potential causes and solutions for my car failure
He was always courteous, respectful, and made sure I understood the plan moving forward He always keep me updated and was transparent regarding costs
After the resolution of my car issue he personally reached out to ensure all needs were met
Exceptional customer service. They certainly have a customer for life.

I was on vacation in Harrisonburg using a rental car when the low oil light came on. I stopped in at AAMCO on a Friday afternoon. They were very busy but told me they’d help me out if I came back in a half hour. When we returned they promptly checked and refilled our oil at no charge! We were so grateful for AAMCO’s generosity. Amazing customer service!
