I am a constant customer. I have purchased two mowers, a mattress and now a table set. The customer service on this order has not been a good experience. First delivery was damaged and delivered to my house like than I rather than call to say it’s damaged and I am ordering a replacement.
It came in the store on Monday and I have not been contacted yet for delivery. Tomorrow is Thursday. I called twice and I still have no delivery date. This wil most likely be my last purchase.

I'm extremely disappointed in Harrisonburg response to my report about Ray's behavior. Looking at the reviews, it's clear he has pattern of abusive conduct towards women. What's equally disturbing is their lack of concern or action. Men who support men who are abusive to women make me sick. I expect more from organizations that claim to serve their community.

Trash this place is absolute trash. The manager Gary is a straight up prick. He will twist and bend your words. And talk to you like you are beneath him. I would recommend any aarons but this one.

Will definitely not be returning. Have been a customer for years there and have never had a repo or any issues with them. However I called the store to inquire about a Nintendo Switch OLED for the holidays and spoke to Gary or Chuck (can't remember the name 100% but I know it's one or the other) and was treated horribly. I was asked why I needed so many consoles and was told that he would have one Thursday and if I was there great and if I wasn't he would just rent it out to anyone who wanted it. Said that he didn't care either way and was extremely rude. Awaiting a response from corporate will update when they follow up.

Will never ever shop at Aaron’s again or give my business they are rude to their customers and only want money today I returned a PS5 and got spoken too in the most rude way by a male employee will never come back here again!
