I dont know if the person I talked to is an employee or the owner but he is an absolute rude jerk. He has a chip on his shoulder and I will never have a storage unit here!

As a JMU student I can say this was the best service I got from a storage unit. It was a Sunday and every storage unit was closed but this one was still running. I called and was able to store my things good in the storage unit. Also great communication and the owner is so understanding with circumstances which you may have definitely recommend purchasing a unit from him.

I’ve had a storage unit here for quite some time and have never encountered a single issue. The facility is reliable, well-maintained, and secure. Anytime I needed assistance, Brian and his sons were always quick to help and extremely professional. What truly stands out is the owner’s genuine care and dedication to customer satisfaction—it’s clear they take great pride in providing excellent service. Best storage units around!!!!

I have rented here more than once and I have always been happy with the service I have received. Brian & his son are great! Would definitely recommend this place for safe units and good service.

Shady isn't the word for it. It's way worse
What place doesn't have personnel to meet with yig to sign a contract nor set up payments. Moved in last week and neither of us could meet in person as everytime no one is available. Then to top it off says to leave cash in a drop box lol. How does anyone know cameras even record anything and this place isn't even fenced. No ty quickly went someplace else got a contract and paid with card and automatic payments set up and gated for security. And then told I'm shady and not gonna rent to me when I question all this nonsense. Bye

The best storage in the area! I’m a student at JMU, I was just looking for a small place to store a little bit of stuff for the summer. They were all booked everywhere around here. I called after their hours, and this guy was literally the best! He wasn’t even in office, and I was able to store my stuff right then and there trusting me. I was so pleased with their customer service and everything! Also super close to campus if students are trying to store their stuff! Plus it’s cheaper compared to the ones I have come across so far, pretty happy with everything!

Friendly owner and did have good pricing. I had been with them for 11 yrs and this year had a big price increase letter stated it was due to the increased cost not sure what a storage unit has to do with inflation and why they cost would go up on it when it just sits there but anyway stuff is out now

He doesn't even answer the phone. There are no online payment or customer service options. No cashapp. So if the owner doesn't pick up the phone and I can't get there physically, ask yourself business owners...how are we supposed to communicate?

Good people that run the place. If you're a day late there is no big deal. It's about the going rate in Harrisonburg. Higher than in the county but it's convenient.
