I just received a response to my recent survey. It indicated I was on an eight (8) week delivery schedule. NEVER in the 20 plus years of using Amerigas (most of which I regret) has there EVER been a discussion about 8 week deliveries. My request for the past two years is to have deliveries on or about the 15th of the month October through April. So far we received a delivery in late September and one on 12/1. That’s not even close

The fact that i don’t have to worry about keeping up with how much propane we have and when to call to have it filled is a God send. They keep it filled and leave the ticket to let me know they have been here . Then the communication is perfect because I then get an email letting me know the amount of propane was replaced and how much my bill is. Since it is set up to auto pay on the date it is due, I don’t have to worry about anything. To me it couldn’t be more perfect.

Amerigas charges all kinds of hidden fees, they charged me $150 for picking up tank, i recommend using another service first, you will regret using amerigas

I received a bill for a service call and when I inquired about it I was told that it was in error and would be removed. Next month the bill reappeared as past due. A second call assured me that it would be removed. I am waiting to see if it appears again.

Can never get in touch with anyone. Customer service line is terrible. Can’t go to an office in person anymore. After a month of failed attempts to contact just need to change service.

The so-called new ‘customer service’ is horrible. This has turned me off completely. Took forever to obtain a delivery. Should be 5 minutes, not 20. Good bye Amerigas.

The worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with, 6 phone calls, trying to purchasemy tank, numerous hang-ups, disconnects, and promises of call backs. I was given a quote , but neverallowed to finish purchase, I feel I am being held hostage, I just want to be done with Amerigas, they have nolocal office, and no customer service and the highest propane prices in the area. How they are still in business amazes me and I wonder are they foreign owned, they certainly don’t care about customers, of which I have been for seven years.

Amerigas customer since 1977, but thinking seriously about switching. I am SUPPOSED to be on automatic fill up as I have been since 1977. I called to find out why I had not had the delivery that generally happens this time of year. I have been told that I haven't had a delivery since 2016; however, my last delivery was April 1 2021. I have been told I owed a balance; I do not. The bill was paid in full on April 22. I have been told there was a delivery on November 4, 2021, but there was no delivery ticket. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but this person is unavailable and will phone back. I am not holding my breath. What has happened to this company?
