“I had a great time living at Longview Oaks Apartment! I was there for almost 2 yrs and had it not been for issues at my workplace..I would have continued living there! The apartments are good size, worth the rent money and scenic views surrounding make living totally worth it! I have moved around a lot in USA and I must say the condition in which Longview Oaks apartments gave me the apartment as new, during move in, taking care of all nitty gritties I have never had that experience before ever. Special mention to Cary and Ray (maintainance guys) for always being there and prompt professional service anytime anything was needed. Daniel at the leasing office was great help too with any accomodations needing to be made! I miss everyone there a lot.. you all are amazing! thank you very much for everything.. if I ever come to Harrisonburg you will be my first choice hands down!”

“I think this apartment complex has fantastic amount of space compared to most other one-bedroom apartments. The only thing that disappoints me though is that they only have six one bedroom apartments and all the others are two and three bedroom apartments and you cannot use Section 8 housing in two or three bedroom apartment unless you have children.”
“I lived here for 4 years and never had any problems. Management and Maintenance were great and always responded quickly. Erica is very nice and accommodating. Just be a good tenant, pay on time, and you won’t have any problems.”
