Had a gel pedicure and it was good. Staff was friendly and very attentive. Did a great job! Would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely return the next time I’m in the area!

Visiting in town and a family member recommended this salon for a pedicure. Very nice, clean and friendly salon and we will definitely go again when another is needed. Highly recommend!

I come here religiously to get my nails done and have never been disappointed by any service. I used to get gel manicures but switched to dip about a year ago at their recommendation and have loved it. I always leave w my nails looking perfect, just the way I like them. Mikey & Summer are the best. I highly recommend coming here for any service, but if you want to be sure you’ll be seen I would call ahead and make an appointment (even if it’s same day!). They have a small staff, but they do an absolutely phenomenal job.

We went in to get two perches and and two sets on acrylics and he said that they don’t have time for that. It isn’t the fact that they didn’t have time for it. It was just the way he said it was very rude.

I went for an acrylic filler. They told me that he would do it, when filing I noticed that he made rings of fire on my nail and I told him so he would be careful. he was offended and said that he already brought them. He had grown so I'm sure he didn't go with rings of fire. Her attitude changed and she repeated over and over again I'm fixing this for you. obviously I went to the salon to FIX my nails. $45 for a very poorly finished job, it was just a refill. Here I leave my expectation vs reality ‼️I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT‼️

Stopped in for a gel manicure & pedicure. Staying at Massanutten Resort & they were quite pricey at the spa. Super happy with the service & prices here.

Went there to get my daughter a fill, and they look absolutely horrible. The old man who did them, cut her on 5 nails, they were very messy, uneven, parts of the nail not even colored. Looks like a 5 year old did them. For the price I paid, they should have definitely not looked that way. Absolutely horrible job, and will not be back. I do not recommend this place at all.

I recently went and got a pedicure at this place because I had a gift card. I was there less than 30 min (which included them soaking off the gel that I had on my toes, doing the whole pedicure process and putting gel back on them). LESS than 30 min! the lady who did my pedi was very sloppy, rushed and didn't even do half of the stuff that most pedicures cover. I politely called after leaving and spoke to the gentleman there letting him know that I was not satisfied with my service and that I didn't think it was worth $50. I had already paid the $50 but was very disappointed. He asked me to come back by the salon and stated that he would give me some of the money back on a gift card. I accepted, thinking it would allow me to give them another opportunity. I went by to pick up the gift card and the guy came to the front desk , pulled out an envelope and handed it to me. when I got in the car I noticed that he did NOT give me a gift certificate, instead he gave me a little cash back with a nasty note in it that he wrote...thank you for the chance but unfortunately we don't want you back. P.S. DONT COME BACK!! Talk about poor customer service. I was baffled at the way he handled the situation. if you're in need of a mani/pedi, go somewhere else...anywhere else where they will actually treat their customers well.
