Oh my god did Chris and Josue save us. When our car started to randomly shut down in the middle of driving 2 hours home, we stopped at this autozone 5 minutes before closing. The scanner wasn't finding anything wrong, but Josue knew it was probably a faulty battery based on experience. They certainly didn't have to help us when they were just closing the store, but Chris then went out of his way to make sure we knew what battery we had, which to replace it with, and then they both did the install themselves. They even took the time to sign us up for the rewards program, lol. They were so sweet and respectful the whole time, and it made the issue completely go away! Honestly I'm a lifetime customer now. Thank you SO MUCH!!

I had to replace one of my headlights and Alex helped me remove the old ones, helped me choose the correct light and installed them for me on the spot. He was extremely helpful and polite. He was also very attentive to helping his coworkers and other customers at the same time.

I needed some help on finding some stuff for my car and this man named Sarcoat didn’t just help me but also teached me tons of stuff, he found all the parts I need and came to my car and showed me exactly what I’m supposed to do, he even offered to help me do it. he replaced my battery for me and even changed my air intake filter. I didn’t have to do anything

Bought some fuses to replace in my Honda Accord. Salesman suggested an inexpensive fuse checking device. Purchased it and saved me some time.Also later had them check my "check engine light" warning (Malfunction Indicator Lamp on a Honda). Turned out nothing was wrong.Thanks AutoZone!

Just went and left from replacing a car key battery. Drake is exceptional store help. Not only did he replace the battery, but he immaculately cleaned the key with spray and cleaner, then went out to make sure it worked to open the locks! This is what customer service should be and left a very pleased customer. Thank you!

The workers are sorry and not willing to help with any problems trying to order parts needed a part for a truck and all the parts in the computer didn't match with a truck made in 9/1996. So I left went out in the parking and looked up the part for a 1997 and for a 1/3 the price I have what I need. All because they wouldn't do a little computer work
