doesn't matter what location call the number it will transfer you to the call center been a banking customer since 2016 and they have refused to help me have money in my account but they wanna turn my card off for no reason and then get rude and disrespectful

This is my bank. It offers not only free checking, but it pays interest on your checking account if you have one direct deposit and 10 point of service debit card transaction in a month. Every employee I've ever met in the times I've gone into the bank are the most pleasant ever.
