Bluestone Motors made purchasing a vehicle seamless and easy. I am grateful for the way they went above and beyond at each step of the process, including making sure the vehicle was 100% ready to be driven off the lot, and covering minor repairs. As a newly grad, this was my first experience with getting a vehicle on my own. Throughout the purchase, Rick was incredibly helpful and communicative. I am happy I chose to work with them. We purchased a car there a month ago, it has already been in the shop once and we have to take it back for another new issue tomorrow. We were told by the salesperson the car was in great condition and he even drove it before putting it up for sale which obviously was not true because if he had he would have known about these expensive issues or he just wasn’t an honest person to begin with. This is super upsetting to us especially since he knew it was the first big purchase for a 19 year old girl.
*****Update******* I contacted these people directly to explain to them the issues we were having and to attempt to get some type of resolution for the lies. I explained to them that this time around we had to have all spark plugs replaced, coils replaced, there is an issue with the fuel intake and electrical issues as well as an oil leak. Rick calls me back and offers me a couple hundred dollars to assist. This is a slap to the face in my opinion especially considering the thousands of dollars we have put into this thing. Then he attempted to blame it on the mechanic we took the car to which is a very reputable mechanic in the area. This is a joke, this place is a joke the dealer uses the “ I work for Harrisonburg police department “ to gain people’s trust then sales them junk cars. Unfortunately based on other reviews this place is known to pull this stunt before mostly with females. It’s the fact that he doesn’t care to put a 19 year old in danger by lying about the car that gets me. Stay far away from this dealership.

Pls guys don’t buy a car from this dealer they are so layer liars I buy a car with a couple of weeks a ago and the care it really bothers me and I’m try to go to mechanics and guess what they said to me every inside part u have to change it and what I buy this car with a couple of weeks ago and the dealer he told me they are not sell a car with mechanical issues he told me to comedown and see the warranty and long story to short they have no warranty ?♀️?♀️I want to say you guys before u buy a car from this dealer u have to think about it two times

My best friend could not get a loan for a car and I was the last resort.Put myself out to sign/title and insure the vehicle (Lexus rx400h)..heater does not work.Called and he's gonna see what he can do to get it repaired cheaper for me.It already had that issue why am I on the hook for something that he had on his lot? apparently a good vehicle.My bad for trusting that they actually sale good vehicles.

I purchased a vehicle that had a fresh inspection sticker from the week prior. Immediately it failed another inspection for brakes, tires, and motor mounts. None of which could have or should have been missed by a reputable inspector.

Bought a truck off them and in about a year ago I have had to replace the drive shaft, transfer case, throttle body position switch, gauge cluster, abs control module, and they lied about the rockers being done. Both of them are thieves.

Bluestone Motors & Rich were excellent to do business with. As a longer-distance buyer, they were happy to accommodate a local friend of mine to view & test-drive the vehicle I was interested in, and it was just as advertised & in excellent shape. Rich was very straightforward and communicative throughout my purchase process and really helped out getting all the DMV hoops jumped-through. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them - a solid, honest, no-games business!

The quickest and easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever experienced. Quick response with the Facebook marketplace post. Rick (and Bentley) were super friendly. Would definitely go to Bluestone Motors for any future vehicle purchases. In absolutely in love with my 2014 Silverado I bought from them a week ago!
