Excellent customer service! Ladies were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone. They were so good even made an additional purchase after my exchange!!!

Visited here when it was near closing so I’m happy they were still staffed and open. Was able to get new boots and had good customer service interactions. Love the options they have, as there is better variety here in just different merchandise than the location we frequent in Richmond.

They have great boots of course but also cowboy hats, jeans, etc. The cashier was helpful with picking out items to keep my boots maintained.
