Visited here when it was near closing so I’m happy they were still staffed and open. Was able to get new boots and had good customer service interactions. Love the options they have, as there is better variety here in just different merchandise than the location we frequent in Richmond.

This Place always comes in clutch. I came in last Friday in need of a pair of waterproof boots. I didn't want composite or steel toe either. I would like to say and give all thanks to Joy. Joy went over and Beyond to assist me in finding what I needed. It's really hard to find a pair of waterproof square-toed non-composite non-steel toe boots. But joy made it happen. I definitely recommend this place

I really like the items in this store but it’s irritating how rude the employees are. especially the manager. Julie? I think her name was. please be aware of how much they charge you. they had items posted up for 25% off. (And I double check that the items match up so when I get to the register im ready to pay and go on my way) anyways I had two jackets. one was $119 and they wanted to charge me $97~ it should’ve been $89.25~. also had another jacket. same situation. they seemed all over the place. cashiers jumping for register to register. I get that but it gets confusing. BUT when a manager gets involved I expect better help. no. they wanted to argue that the computer only was allowing a certain amount. um then don’t have signs that advertise otherwise. I’m not one to ever write reviews but this is very very upsetting.
side note: I forgot to mention we had to call her over 3 different times to keep adjusting it. is math that hard………

Unfortunately had a male employee that works there open the female dressing room without knocking or saying anything while my fiancé was trying on clothes, she was mortified, the employee didn’t apologize or say anything and left the door cracked after he poked his head in. Disappointed and disgusted. I cannot imagine if someone had a child in a changing room and this happened….(BEWARE!!!)

Was going to give five stars but after today they only deserve one star, was also going to say how they were amazing and how i loved the store but not anymore. DO NOT buy from here because they WILL LIE and say you didn't pay for something when you did and you even have a WITNESS to it, then they will proceed to LIE to the cops about it and get trespassing papers on BOTH parties even though they only accused one person because they are too INCOMPETENT to actually LOOK for the transaction. They have employees that will obviously back that LIE as well. Well1 i hope the INCOMPETENT LYING employee that rang us up GOT FIRED and lastly yall MAY lose 2 customers and HOPEFULLY more because of this.

Staff never once talked to my boyfriend or myself. Guessing if you aren't a size 2 and look like a buckle bunny then they aren't interested in helping you 🙄

They have great boots of course but also cowboy hats, jeans, etc. The cashier was helpful with picking out items to keep my boots maintained.

Love the selection. Just know they only go to 2x and that's not on everything. Most pants only go to 40 waist.
