This was the 2nd time dealing with Caliber Collision and I must say I am absolutely impressed with the work these folks do. I would recommend Lori Woodell to anyone she is always so nice and very informative and keeps you up to date on your vehicles repairs while they have it. They finished it before the date they had originally gave me and I was working and they accommodated with me on picking up my vehicle from the shop! I appreciate these people so much and my vehicle got returned very clean!

In July 2023, my family and I were traveling to NC when we unfortunately got into a MVA, leaving us stranded in VA.
Our vehicles were both brought to the Caliber Collision in Harrisonburg, VA, and we could not be more grateful that this was the case.
While my family searched for other modes of transportation that would accommodate us and all of our luggage/things, they allowed us to use their waiting room to house us for the time being (approximately 6 hours) until we could be on our way again. The staff at this center were all extremely friendly, caring, thoughtful and helpful. In a nightmare of a situation, they were a glimmer of positivity that greatly helped us physically and mentally.
We are forever grateful to the manager and staff at Harrisonburg, VA Caliber Collison and will always recommend them to others,
as they for sure went above and beyond that day .
THANK YOU Caliber for helping my family and I. We will always be grateful for you!

The estimate process was rapid. The staff was polite and attentive. They worked well and quickly with my insurance provider, making my part of the process really easy. Their work was great, no issues. Would recommend them if your insurance doesn't already.

Everton at Caliber is so knowledgeable and helpful. I got text updates to my phone about my car which I also really enjoyed. They even washed the exterior of my car AND detailed the inside! I am so impressed! My car looks as good as new! :) Thank you Caliber!
