We’ve tried a couple places in Harrisonburg for car repair and regular maintenance and (luckily) we haven’t needed any repairs since starting at Car ER, but they are very friendly, fast, and we love that it’s family run! Our go to for oil change!

Wonderful auto shop. They were able to quickly repair my daughters power steering hose on her way back home driving off I-81. Reasonably priced repair and reassurance for frantic Mom over 100 miles away. Thank you!

Definitely recommed this place! We had car trouble just outside Harrisonburg, rolled in at 4pm, were taken care off temporarily, ordered parts were there the next morning and car fixed by 11am the next day. Julie is also super nice during the whole procedure, this place is great!

I definitely recommend CarER. In the year I’ve lived in Harrisonburg I’ve used 3 mechanics and contacted many others, I would not refer anyone to those other places. Too many shops are trying to rush as many ppl in & out as they can with no sense of personal care whatsoever. The people running CarER seem to have compassion and care about their customers. I’ve witnessed them handle customers that do not speak English well with pure integrity which is rare & means a lot in this world

Go here! We bought a used car and had it checked out here. They identified problems that saved us $800 off the dealer's asking price. They were quick and squeezed us in their otherwise busy day. They were very knowledgeable. From what I saw, their prices tend to be lower compared to other shops. Kind and courteous gentleman.

Excellent service. But the most important thing is the honesty of the mechanics. In 22 years living in Harrisonburg I have never found an honest mechanic. Until I found them.
