“Great experience when I visited in November. I had previously enjoyed the service when it was Dukes and was happy to discover the quality service continues. Paid for the Bronze full service: car was nicely cleaned inside and out, timely service and a comfortable indoor waiting area. Friendly employees as well. I will definitely return when I'm in the Harrisonburg area.

“Hi there!! I wanted to leave a comment here... A few weeks ago, I had a mishap involving one of the machines—perhaps I parked incorrectly, and the machine damaged my rear windshield wiper. I reached out to the manager, Rob. He was incredibly helpful and polite; he immediately asked for my vehicle details—the make, model year, etc.—and he took full responsibility for all the damage and repairs to my car. It was excellent service, and I was extremely pleased!! THANK YOU, ROB!! Wishing you continued success!! 🙌🩷”

Tried to call # on wall, left vmail and have had no response since. Continued calls to the number reach a voice-mail that's fullNormally Mircale is my go-to car wash even with all the others in town. But with no response for nonservice, I may have to find something different.Would love a response to get my wash or my money back.”
