Sam was incredibly friendly. The cats were super cute, of course. Hearing about the mission (and success) of Cat's Cradle made me very happy and it was nice to feel like my paying to see them made an impact on their lives.

The communication with everyone was wonderful! I preadopted 3 kittens and I received photos, videos and updates daily!! The people were awesome and the kittens (Rock, Paper and Scissors) are a load of fun!!

I & my family have been supporters for years. We have made countless donations to this organization. I stopped in with my six year old because he wanted to see the place he hears us talk about & the girl at the desk was so rude. Before we could even say hello she cut us off to say we had to have an appointment & they weren’t taking any more appointments (it was over an hour until closing). Also, my son wasn’t trying to say hello to the cats,he wanted to say hello to her! Looks like I need to talk to my family about future philanthropy going into organizations that know manners. I am so very disappointed.

Love my kitty from cats cradle to death BUT pls make sure to do your research and make sure the kitty is healthy. My kitty has been with us for 6/7 months roughly and his sneezing hasn’t stopped since the day I got him which I was made aware of his respiratory issues in the past BUT it was still ongoing apart from being told he was perfectly healthy. I’m writing this otw to the vets because of another flare up but it’s so sad seeing him still sick even after months.

I worked for the shelter and my boss bullied me until I had a break down and quit. She would scream at me, text me non stop and accuse me of things that wasnt true. Later on I tried to adopt a cat that I had worked with and I was told "no, sorry, in order for us to adopt to you we must like you". Me and my family no longer support Cats Cradle.

I became a 1st time kitten mom this month and love it. I'm grateful we have a place local in the valley that does what they do for these sweet babies. I've spoken to Kristen through the entire adoption process and she has been so helpful and informative for me. I've met people here with good hearts for these fur babies. Highly recommend c c!

Unfortunately I did not adopt any kittens but I had an amazing time playing with the kitties that were there. We stumbled upon this place while we were walking downtown. Upon walking in we weren't really greeted but that wasn't really a problem. After telling them it was our first time at Cat's Cradle, they were happy to tell us about what they do and how to set up an appointment. Luckily there weren't many people so we were able to get in to play with the kittens within a couple minutes. There were two display windows in the front of the store that they made into play areas/rooms. I think this was a great set up to have to play with the kittens. I enjoyed my time to the fullest. I would come again to adopt a kitten
