I had a ring of my grandmother's reset. They were great to work with and my associate, Aerika, was super in helpful in assisting me with picking the setting. I have both bought from them before along with having jewelry repaired - always a great experience.

It all comes with great quality, warranty and exceptional customer service! They also do cleanings, appraisals, and purchase your jewelry. I had a wonderful experience with everyone that worked here. They were very kind and helpful. I had to have my engagement ring resized and bought an anniversary band to replace my old wedding band. I received a great price for both and my engagement ring looks brand new after it was resized. I look forward to continuing to use them for all the maintenance on my rings. I came in with very little knowledge and a vague idea of what I would look for. Carol helped me through the whole process and spent lots of time with me going over many options and setting up a wishlist. Phenomenal experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Devon and all the others are super helpful. They seem to genuinely care and strive to give you the best experience possible. Devon made it very easy to find an engagement ring exactly how I wanted it and within my price range. They even gave us a gift bag after the proposal! Awesome people, awesome place. A smile and a greeting when I walked in the door! Devon listened to what I was looking for which was a ring to celebrate the birth of my precious new baby granddaughter. It had to be able to be worn when I swim in a pool and "not turn green"...We looked at many choices and discussed price and options. He cleaned all the rings I was wearing so they sparkle! I'm delighted to say I bought a ring that is just a delight and has passed the "swim test"....

I broke a stone out of my engagement ring and Christopher Williams Jeweler repaired it and tightened some loose stones and it looks brand new, can’t even tell the stone that was replaced. So nice and sparkling!

Christopher and Aerika were both wonderful throughout the entire process of helping me customize an engagement ring. Very professional and patient with my requests, and helped me find everything I asked for. They also managed to get it done very quickly as my order was quite last minute. Everytime I visit either of their locations I am always greeted with a friendly welcome and exceptional service. The pinnacle example of an owner/operator business where all customers are treated with a respect that feels like your part of the family. The knowledge of the jewlers and technicians is the best around, bar none. If they don't have it, they do everything they can to find it... in some cases, they'll even make it for you!
