Bought new phone and paid 165 overall to turn on service and had service for 12hours before service was interrupted and was asked to pay bill. They said they had no record of us paying in the first place even though my husband showed them the reciept and bank statement. My husband at store and on the phone with customer service for hours. No help just gave us the run around.

No wait when I walked in. Walked out with phone service provider switched to Cricket, plus a line added for about same price I was paying monthly for one line. Thank you!

Excellent store and the worker there Mr Keller he's right on top of things he is what makes crickets sing for sure for sure he done an excellent job and I believe the man deserves a raise in his paycheck definitely a bonus for sure Cricket is very lucky to have such a worker as MR. KELLAR VERY PROFESSIONAL, it didn't take very long at all I can tell he really likes his job and he's very very good at it if you need a phone Cricket Wireless in Harrisonburg on Burgess Avenue is the best way to go they treat you with kindness and respect and they're very quick at what they do way to go Mr Keller you did a great job

Had phone lock up insurance on it only had it 7 or 10 day got scammed in getting second phone have pay for 2 lines only one phone ripp off store

Wow, what terrible customer service I went on Wednesday to turn off my 4 telephone services that I have. I arrived at 9:10am and the assistant, far from helping me, was very rude. Anyway, I hope to never set foot in that place until I get a more educated person.
