CVS is definitely my favorite Pharmacy and I always recommend it to my other family members. The store is always clean and everything is very easy to find. I’ve had no issues whatsoever with the Pharmacy when getting my meds!!

Was scheduled for a vaccine and was sent several reminders through the CVS app. I showed up on time for my appt, only to be informed they didn't have the vaccine available. No one contacted me prior to let me know it was out of stock. I had to shift my work schedule for this, they should have let me know.

Terrible phone service in the pharmacy. Bot says you can leave a message but then doesn't let you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. If a store says it closes at 10, close your doors at 10. I walked in at 9:55, knowing I would only be a minute and was greeted with extremely rude staff. I still was in my car before 10 after checking out. Again, the store closed at 10, I should not have had rude comments from staff when I said “Thank you have a good one” and getting responded to with “you’re very much not welcome”. NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS!!!!!

These folks work so hard and still manage to treat these other awful customers leaving bad reviews with grace. Major props to all of yall working hard despite the vitriol of so many.

I don’t really understand all of the terrible reviews on here. They’ve always picked up the phone for me and the checkout process has always been prompt and efficient. No one’s ever been particularly rude to me either, but maybe it’s because I always walk into the CVS instead of doing the drive thru. Anyway, I have a good experience here and this has been my pharmacy for 5 years.

This place is not a good place to go if u are in a hurry the staff will side eye u for a long time before they come to the window.

Always backed up. Always behind. Very frustrating! Twice they've said I have to move to another line after standing in line a long time. The drive through is always backed up and they never have the second line open. Avoid this CVS pharmacy.

Pharmacy understaffed. Used app to order monthly prescription refill. After 3 days of "in process," still no complete order. I drove to the pharmacy and was told that short-staffing prevents refilling without requesting an "expedite," which took more of my time and another unnecessary trip to the store. It would be nice if CVS focused on care for their clients via providing sufficient pharmacist staffing, rather than focusing on corporate profit.

This was hands down the best pharmacy experience I've had. From the person who assisted me with a transfer of prescriptions from another pharmacy, to the team members I interacted with in the pharmacy...amazing! Thank you all :)
