the nicest sales associates up at the front. always willing to help with coupons even though i’m sure they have to answer the same questions a hundred times a day. i’ve had good customer service in the pharmacy as well.

This is the absolute worst CVS in Virginia. The pharmacy messes up more prescriptions than they're able to get right. Much of the staff are rude and oblivious. It's enough to place a call to Aetna and ask them to move my prescription services to another pharmacy. Do better, CVS.
Update: the joke is on me because CVS is owned by Aetna. I will be lodging an SCC complaint.

I am changing my review because employees there are becoming very rude. I was basically pushed out of the drive through because the employee at the window decided that was easier than actually helping me. Then I needed my heart medication and my boyfriend was told it needed prior authorization and that was a lie. I had medicine prescriptions sent there and told they weren't for over a month. When I call to address this issue I get told , SO, seriously thinking about switching.

The customer service is bad the brighted colored hair the so called manager and a couple others are racist they don’t like helping people that are not white.

I am never disappointed when I shop at CVS. Great staff, pharmacy, plenty of items in stock. I am always welcomed with a warm hello. Please the coupons are fantastic!

Normally was ok but today nope... Madison is beyond unprofessional. Long story short will be changing my pharmacy and I have video as to why which they don't like very much also called corporate and they arent happy at all!!!! Madison and Benjamin in pharmacy need fired!

Very rude pharmacist and staff. They should learn to be more professional and how to talk to customers. We will never again be going to a CVS for anything. Nice job being rude losing a lifelong customer in 60 second conversation. A little too much entitlement in that disorganized pharmacy.

Drive thru is to be quick pick up. If they have to do insurance or wait to be filled then CVS needs te them to come in or get back in line again

Second time I've had to come back to get all scripts ordered and today wasn't communicated to the fact that one needed to be ordered. Left and came all the way back for the prescription then told she ordered it. Should communicate this when I picked up the other scripts. So need better communication so patients don't waste time driving back for nothing

this is only for the pharmacy. lied to me about my prescription…..then tried to deny my prescription…..after telling my doctor they would fill it…..then proceeded to sit and laugh at me as I sat and cried in panic……worst service i’ve ever seen….especially considering it was only woman behind the counter. do better.

I have used this pharmacy for years because the location was convenient. My husband and I have encountered many problems and or mistakes with our prescriptions over the last several years. The computerized phone system is a nightmare. It takes forever to get through to a real human then you get disconnected and have to start over.
