I was looking for a pair of new baseball cleats and decided to go here. I was looking for an employee to ask for assistance and I stumbled upon someone named Alexa. She was extremely rude and careless in my endeavor to find these and I will for sure not be going here again.

The cashier lied to me and informed me I would get $50 off my purchase that day should I sign up for their rewards card. Recklessly telling people to open new lines and false advertising should have severe consequences. Do not go here.

If your looking for fishing lures, go to a different Dicks location! I've been to 4 Dicks Stores this week and this is the only one that doesn't have a Stike King Swimbait display or selection that carry fishing gear.
Very disappointing after driving so far!

A big!!! thanks to Peyton who quickly helped me fix my son's bike that has a 2 year warranty. His level of professionalism was amazing.
Was not as happy with the store employee who quickly told me they would Not be able to help without checking with anyone. Also was hard to get the attention of anyone - everyone either seems to be slowly stocking doing very little, minus the one cashier in the front who is totally stressed.

Got my bike from here, and they did minor fix for me free of charge. Unfortunately they no longer have a bike department but still helped me out. New weights and boxing where the old bikes were, pretty cool stuff.
