Very sad experience that I experienced today Monday February 12, 2024 around 9:20 am, I was served by a young woman in window num 11, this young woman was very rough, not at all professional, with a very bad attitude, not friendly and without any kindness. She was very RUDE answering my questions, I don't know if I was talking to a ROBOT or a human being, obviously she is not happy doing her job… I Don’t understand why there are some people who want to work in customer service when they obviously don't meet the requirements and then they give such a poor service, and you can see the bitterness on their faces of not wanting to work and serve clients...

I went today 2/11/2024 my appointment was at 10:00 am, to renew my license, and this woman at window #11 was the one who helped me, it was a very bad experience... The first thing is that I said Good Morning to her, and she don’t even answer my Good morning, afterward she treated me so awful, I couldn't understand if she is Not happy doing her job or ifshe was having a bad day and was Taking it Out on the clients... The Managers in this branch should give their Employees better training, and educate them to treat every client that walks through that door with courtesy, equality, respect, professionalism, and kindness… .Very sad that they have people like that working in Customer Service. Harrisonburg DMV y’all NEED TO DO BETTER… Show Respect to get Respect…

To save time we made appointments and also filled out our forms online successfully before arriving 12 min early. We are still waiting 45 minutes after the appointment time. This is frustrating.

This Is the most blatantly racist, prejudice and down right unhelpful place In the county. I can't even tell you how many times I have witnessed racism In this place and don't get me started on the "Excuse me sir, this Is America, you'll have to speak English If you want any help here." when I witnessed the people speaking clear English (just In their native accents). It's the only place I've got blamed for everything wrong and they're extremely terrible people. This place seriously needs to be Investigated and a lot of these people deserve to be fired. I can't believe In these times they allow people with such clear racial and prejudice bias work here. Go literally anywhere else but here.

Had an appointment but may not have been needed. Quick & efficient operations. Nothing like my previous DMV experiences, especially in Cali. It's a no- brainer.

Every single time I visited this branch, it's the same story. The front desk employees hate their job, and don't care to help with any questions. Also the information on the dmv website is inaccurate 70% of time. Be ready to make 2 trips and make sure to build upsome extra patience before walking in

I couldn't believe on a Saturday it went so quickly the lady wasn't very talkative but she wanted to get business done and moved to the next person! Whole thing was bout 18min.

I went to register the car that I bought today 7/3/2023 I had all the document the original title and the bank released plus bill of sale everything the DMV want to transfer the ownership the lady at Windows 4 she had a mad face and kind of upset anyway she looked at my paper around 3 to 4 minutes and then said you have to bring the red title which is I don't what she is talking about or we cannot transfer the title to your name basically she want to run me around for documents they are not even excited she made me so mad I had to leave and I went to another DMV it took me 10 minutes on the other DMV they took my paper they issued title registration and they give me tags without asking any question I cannot believe this kind of people incharged with such a position like that shame shame shame
