I loved the gym but when I had to move to WV and hadn't been to the gym in over 6 months. I had to pay 2 additional months after it was cancelled even though when I spoke to one person they said they cancelled the auto renew and it wouldnt be an issue. I will never go back to that place. I understand I signed the year lease but to pay 2 extra months is ridiculous.

I'd rate 0 if I could. Rude staff & snake management. They will try everything in their power to lock you into some kind of contract.

This gym is NOT WELCOMING and DOES NOT appreciate its members... I came to this gym, and brought in a BUNCH of other paying members with me...(several of wich i personally paid for on a monthly basis) Theres two staff members there that CONSTANTLY nitpick every move we make, whine and complain to the manager and owner, and generally make us feel uncomfortable about being there My group has been there several months and are now to the point that most of us dont want to go back. Trust when i tell you the management DOES NOT APPRECIATE YOU as a customer...they see u as money, and feel you should pay your money without any other issues cropping up. They allow the same two staff members to whine and complain about DOING THEIR JOB (ie: putting away weights and cleaning) Go to valley fitness...they actually appreciate their customers

Outdated equipment. Staff is rude and gives creepy vibes, especially the guy, Steve. Paper towel dispensers used to clean equipment after sets are almost always empty, and the staff rarely does floor checks to refill then. Equipment is not spaced out properly to adhere to COVID-19 social distancing business practices. There is no place to refill a water bottle if you bring one. Key-tag to get you in for 24/7 access is an additional $5 on top of the $50 a month you are already paying.

Warning: Unethical business practices; lousy customer service. Husband signed up in Sept. 2018. Used facility twice through Dec.2019. Told him to cancel, thought he had. Jan. 2020, another charge. He went in to cancel (they wouldn't let me cancel, even though I co-signed & the payments were being taken out of MY Bank Acct!. English is not his native language. They had him sign a paper, without explaining that they would withdraw another payment in Feb. This payment overdrew my account which I was closing. I explained to the girl I spoke to, that my sister died Jan. 30, 2020; I was not aware they hadn't cancelled his acct. They withdrew MY money, out of MY acct, without notifying me, even though they had my cell number. She claimed "Sorry, there's nothing we can do. He signed the paper"! I explained "I'm out of work; I had a death in my family, I can't afford the overdraft on top of theur unexpected POST CANCELLATION withdrawal". I got a PHONY "sorry". It's obvious from their many negative reviews, that they don't have any respect or concern for their customers. All they care about is Scamming their "member". SHADY Business. Horrible customer service! Brandon is dishonest!

I would avoid this gym at all costs. Especially before you get sucked into a contract that you cannot get out of without writing them a formal written letter. I cancelled my membership on July 3rd and was never informed that I was still going to be charged this month even though I cancelled. So on July 21st I was charged 29.99. Even though I was not made aware that I could have still been going to the gym, up until then. So I got charged for receiving absolutely no service from them. When I called and spoke to someone on the phone, the woman was extremely rude and not helpful. She told me it says in the contract that you get charged after cancelling your membership. I searched up and down and found it nowhere. Called her to ask where this is found and yet again she was rude. Told me it states "After the initial term of this agreement your membership will automatically be extended unless we receive written in person notice 30 days prior to your expiration date." Nowhere does that mean that I will CONTINUE to be charged for 30 days AFTER canceling my membership. This company has no morals, does not care about their customer service, or just plainly their customers at all. So I would advise everyone to stay far away from this gym.

Great place to work out at. I enjoy the atmosphere. Motivation is constantly around you though they do overcharge or taxing you for everything. They do lack at a steam room but thats my personal preference, but they do have a sauna. Overall people mine there business and get s*** done. Wouldn't trade it for the world
