We really appreciate the small branch feel where people know you and your business and can provide you individual attention and support. I have been a customer with Farmers and Merchants ever since opening my account as a teenager. Their service is outstanding throughout all the branches I have visited. The Cross Keys branch has been especially pleasant and I have made that particular location my go to bank. Rather I am dealing with something in person or over the phone the employees are knowledgeable, efficient, and their attitude is welcoming. Katlyn Robertson is an employee at the Cross Keys location, and the majority of the time she is on the other end of the line when I call. I can not thank her enough for helping me in the past with all my banking needs. I highly recommend asking for her if there is any issues that need to be addressed or if there is just a simple question that you need answered.

I really appreciate the Cross Keys Branch of the F&M Bank! Our business and personal accounts are all with F&M and we have never had a bad experience with them. They treat us like family, are very easy to work with and are always very friendly and super helpful! This bank is one of the few that still has the small town, community feel. Good job F&M!!

We have banked with F&M for years, recently after getting Married I needed to change my name on my account & open a new account with my husband. We worked with Katlyn Robertson and she was amazing. She was extremely kind, worked quickly on getting our accounts open and even followed up with us afterwards. We love banning with F&M and will continue recommending them to friends and family.

Ashley has always gone beyond what a customer would expect. I dropped a large bag near my car during the winter when i went to do a deposit. Had my hands full ofmoney bag and coins (wasn't even dealing with Ashley) and she saw it thru her window and went out to my car, retrieved the bag on the ground of snow and ice and brought it to me in the bank. She is a keeper, always smiling.

I don't know what has happened to this branch in the last year and a half. I currently sit in the drive thru waiting. There is one car ahead of me at the window and I have been sitting here waiting going on 11 minutes now.... In the DRIVE THRU!! This has become the norm for this location.
